Rapid Prototyping

We only offer the best SLA 3D prints to ensure a like production finish. In addition to 3D printing we offer sheet metal forming, prototype PCBs, and everything else to provide turnkey completed prototypes.
PCB Manufacturing
Our PCB services feature a completed approach that covers the PCB's, assembly, firmware programming, and final testing. We offer 1 to 8 layer capabilities and rigid or flex circuits may be used.
CNC Fabrication
We offer numerous solutions for your CNC metal fabrication needs. We will help facilitate small production runs to larger outsourcing projects. Our capabilities include sheet metal fabrication, CNC mills and lathes, and plastics machining. We can offer competitive pricing for all your production needs, even if we were not the design engineers.
Casting and Molding
Most complex, organic, or higher volume products are manufactured utilizing metal casting or injection molding. Our network of on-shore and offshore partners can handle just about any of your molding or casting needs.
Assembly, Testing, and Validation
Obtaining the raw parts is the first step in making a product. The process then progresses through the assembly, testing, and quality assurance. At Anidea we offer the assurance that the completed unit is fully functional. We offer our own Q.A. procedure documents as a supplement to client specifications.
